When ordering online full payment is required to secure booking and half payment of $40 is refundable for cancellations.


In Store to secure booking, we require payment of $40 upfront which is due when the terms and conditions have been read and payment has been made.


This is a non-refundable retainer which will secure Kingdom Party House’s services for the date of the event and bookings can not be confirmed until payment has been received. The remaining balance is then due 5 days prior to date.


Refundable bond of $80 is required incase of damages and will be paid back to you after collection and inspection of Luvo Light



Online Cost - $80

The rental period will start on the day of event and run to the next working day after the event inclusive and Kingdom Party House will arrange a suitable time for collection of the equipment prior to the date, which will be communicate via email or txt. All delivery and collection costs are included in the price.



Kingdom Party House agrees to hire equipment for the purpose of your event. Availability may be limited and reservations are made on a first come first serves basis, validated by deposit and acknowledgement of terms and conditions.



Due to the structure of our LED Light we respectfully ask that it is not to be moved or taken down by anybody other than an employee of Kingdom Party House to avoid damage. We pride ourselves on providing luxury products, therefore any missing pieces or other non wear and tear will be treated as a loss/theft and will be deducted from the damage deposit. If the amount exceeds the value of the damages deposit a supplementary invoice will be issued for immediate payment. We reserve the right to refuse rental service to anyone at anytime where we deem it is in our best interest on the basis of lack of safety precaution, or likelihood of abuse.


We may also refuse rental service at anytime and our  obligation under any contract executed will be void should we discover that the intended use of the equipment presents a serious safety hazard and/or violates any constitutional or by law.



The client agrees to examine the equipment, before the event to ensure that they are in good working order. If there are any issues at this point, the client agrees to ensure the equipment is collected in the same condition as received, ordinary wear and tear accepted. The client is solely responsible for the equipment, and those who use it, whilst it is in thier possession and accepts full responsibility for loss or damage to the equipment. The client is solely responsible for ensuring that the equipment is in use throughout the course of the event.



In the unlikely event that Kingdom Party House cannot perform the services agreed upon; all fees paid by the client will be refunded. We will take the utmost care with respect to delivery of the equipment and in the event that circumstances arises that are beyond our control our liability is limited. Circumstances beyond our control include, but are not limited to: Acts of nature, electrical power failures, strikes, labour disputes, riots, insurrections, civil disturbances, fires, floods, storms, explosions, war, governmental actions, non performance of third parties, or loss or fluctuations of electrical power.


Kingdom Party House reserve the right to use any footage/imagery for promotional or any other purposes or public display.



In the event of a cancellation your secure booking deposit is non-refundable and will therefore be retained. Should you need to change the date of your event we will endeavour to provide the items you require for your new date, however we cannot be held responsible if the new date is not available and the deposit is retained. We recommend that you purchase wedding/event insurance to cover any losses in the event of cancellation.



By submitting payment you have agreed to the terms and conditions stated above. A copy of the terms will be emailed to you.
